DIRECTOR OF PROJECT DEVELOPMENT 

  • Exercise discretion over the day?to?day of project development division for national & international multi-million-dollar projects and provide day?to?day leadership and management to the division.

  • Direct & oversee primary business operations defining and developing strategic plans to expand sales pipelines with Specialist procurement companies, Developers, General Contractors, & Design Consultancies.

  • Overseeing, reorganizing, managing, and directing operations to enhance and ensure the continued global growth of the brand.

  • Manage the essential function of developing business & expanding brand & presence in the Hospitality, Residential & infrastructure markets domestically & internationally.

  • Strategically define, implement and grow the company sales force and division into new regions and markets and oversee sales performance versus company objectives.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects at every stage.

  • Oversee the structuring of complex bid proposals and presenting proposals to clients precisely and accurately.

  • Propose and structure project financials to suit business development and project specific requirements to close contracts.

  • Lead project prequalification process with divisional managers where necessary to secure new Clients and contracts domestically and internationally.

  • Oversee architectural aspects of construction and project finishes

  • Oversee and supervise the work of company divisional managers (design, technical, estimating, procurement & logistics) to ensure the integrity, quality and performance of the business is maintained to drive repeat business, enhance operational controls, maximize organizational performance and revenue.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and formulate long?term strategic objectives, operating plans and annual budgets and develop relevant business objectives to develop new revenue resources and increase existing revenues.

  • Develop strategies and goals and make tactical recommendations if necessary to divisional managers after assessment of key performance indicators for ongoing domestic and international projects.

  • Develop, manage, and mentor (directly or indirectly through managers) financial controllers and accounting department, estimating department, technical solutions department, production department, supply chain and project managers.

  • Develop due diligence procedures, criteria and weighting to assess current supply chain commitments, capacity, capability, financial strength, past performance, inspections of premises, assessment of equipment, quality control systems and ability to deliver on schedule.

  • Oversee and negotiate downstream domestic and international manufacturer contracts to meet business development needs.

  • Lead project prequalification process with divisional managers where necessary to secure new clients and contracts nationally and internationally.

  • Telecommuting/remote working available -must reside within the metropolitan statistical area of worksite addresses in McMurray, PA.

 

Wage: $163,738.00 - $170,000.00 per yr.

Minimum Requirements and Specialized Skills:

 

Full Time

  • Bachelor’s degree (foreign educational equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree accepted) in construction management or equivalent and 3 years of experience in any directly related executive or management occupation in construction and/or project management in which the required experience/skills was gained.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree (based on a combination of work/education as certified by a credentials evaluator) in construction management or equivalent and 3 years of experience in any directly related executive or management occupation in construction and/or project management in which the required experience/skills was gained.

  • Must know through 3 years of work experience industry standard design, project management software’s such as Primavera 6, Procore, Bluebeam; and pre-qualification software’s such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, Vertika

  • Domestic and International travel (to Asia, Europe, Middle East) may be required for approximately 30% of the year.

  • Telecommuting/remote working available -must reside within the metropolitan statistical area of worksite addresses in McMurray, PA.
